Simple overview

How LandProof works

LandProof helps organize property details, documents, warnings, and review notes so buyers can understand a property better before buying or signing.

People add the property details themselves. LandProof shows what is uploaded, what is missing, and what may need more review, including water and power if known.

4 simple steps

The basic flow

1

Add the property

The owner, broker, or company adds the property details and uploads documents.

2

LandProof organizes the file

The system shows uploaded documents, missing documents, road access, water and power status, warnings, and review notes.

3

Buyers review the listing

After the property file is created, users upload title papers, seller ID, tax documents, surveys, and other files from the dashboard.

4

Get more review if needed

If the file has warnings or missing documents, LandProof may ask for more information or suggest lawyer review before buying.

Important: LandProof helps organize property information. It does not guarantee ownership, the title is real and correct, road access, or legal transfer.

Boundaries

What LandProof does not do

  • LandProof does not sell property for you
  • LandProof does not negotiate the deal
  • LandProof does not collect deposits or handle buyer money
  • LandProof does not guarantee ownership
  • LandProof does not guarantee the title is real and correct
  • LandProof does not provide legal advice
  • LandProof does not replace a licensed broker or lawyer

If something is unclear or risky, buyers should ask for more documents and get legal help before buying.
