LandProof collects personal information, property information, uploaded documents, messages, and verification details so the platform can operate safely.

Information collected

  • Name, email, phone, WhatsApp, account type, profile details, buyer type, property details, listing details, uploaded documents, proof documents, IDs if uploaded, messages, lawyer/broker/company verification data, plan status, technical logs, and basic analytics or cookies if used.

Children and minors

LandProof is not intended for children or minors. Users should not submit personal information for minors unless they have proper authority to do so.

Why information is used

  • To create accounts, manage listings, process property files, show document status, connect buyer questions, support lawyer referral or quote requests, review broker/lawyer/company profiles, send emails, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service.

Sharing and service providers

LandProof may share information with service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, AI providers, admins, reviewers, and authorities when legally required.

Lawyers cannot see private property documents unless document sharing is enabled for the relevant request or LandProof otherwise permits access through the platform.

Documents and AI

  • Uploaded property documents may contain sensitive information. They are stored in private storage and are not public unless intentionally displayed or shared under platform rules.
  • AI may assist with summaries, warnings, missing documents, message drafts, and review suggestions. AI does not make final legal or review decisions.

Retention, rights, and security

  • LandProof keeps data while an account, listing, review, message, verification, or dispute is active, and may retain records as legally or operationally needed.
  • Users may request access, correction, deletion, account closure, or document deletion through the Data Request page.
  • LandProof uses private storage, access controls, signed URLs, role-based access, RLS, and admin controls, but no online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside the Philippines. By using LandProof, users understand that data may be processed through these providers to operate the service.
