Prohibited content
- Fake listings, stolen photos, false ownership claims, fake documents, hidden known disputes, illegal land sales, abusive messages, misleading clean-title claims, guaranteed safe claims, and unlicensed broker claims.
Status labels
Labels such as Review pending, Needs more information, LandProof Reviewed, Reviewed with warnings, Serious warning, or Do not pay yet are platform review labels. They are not legal certifications.
Developer and project listings
Subdivision, condominium, developer, or project listings may require DHSUD License to Sell details or related project documents before publishing.
LandProof action
LandProof may remove, hide, hold, reject, or request more information for any listing that appears incomplete, unsafe, misleading, disputed, or outside platform rules.
