Check before paying or signing
- Title or ownership paper, tax declaration, tax receipts, seller ID, proof the seller can sell, SPA or authority to sell, heirs or estate documents, survey and boundary, road access, water source, power source, zoning, DAR, DENR, NCIP, and DHSUD License to Sell where applicable.
Pressure is a warning sign
Be careful if someone asks for fast payment, refuses documents, avoids identity checks, gives only screenshots, or says review is not needed.
