What LandProof is

LandProof helps organize submitted property information, document status, warnings, buyer questions, listing pages, lawyer referral requests, and related communication.

By using the site, creating an account, uploading documents, submitting a property, listing a property, or sending a message, you agree to use LandProof honestly and follow these platform rules.

What LandProof is not

• LandProof is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, law firm, notary, title company, escrow provider, payment handler, closing service, government office, legal advisor, buyer representative, or seller of listed property unless explicitly stated.
• LandProof does not negotiate deals, collect property purchase payments, guarantee title, certify ownership, or complete legal transfer.

No guarantee

• LandProof does not guarantee ownership, title validity, seller authority, tax status, road access, water, power, boundaries, legal transfer, physical condition, buyer safety, document correctness, or suitability for any intended use.
• LandProof Reviewed means a submitted file was organized and checked for visible completeness based on information provided. It does not mean the property is safe to buy.

User responsibilities

• Users must submit accurate information and must not upload fake, altered, stolen, illegal, misleading, or unauthorized documents.
• Buyers must independently verify property records, inspect land, check government records, and seek lawyer help before buying, paying, or signing.
• Owners, sellers, brokers, agents, companies, and lawyers are responsible for their own identity, authority, licensing, statements, fees, scope, advice, and legal compliance.

Payments and plans

LandProof payments cover selected platform services, listing organization, document-status display, review steps, dashboard access, publishing access, or plan access. Payment does not guarantee publication, buyer interest, title validity, legal outcome, or a positive review status.

Accounts and content

• LandProof may suspend, hide, hold, remove, or reject accounts, listings, documents, messages, or profiles for fraud, abuse, false information, illegal activity, or platform misuse.
• Users give LandProof permission to display submitted listing content and use submitted information as needed to provide the service.

Liability and changes

LandProof is not responsible for transaction losses, title problems, seller fraud, buyer decisions, document defects, failed transfers, government actions, legal disputes, or third-party acts.

LandProof may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
