What is the difference between Basic Listing and Full Review Listing?

A Basic Listing organizes the public listing page, document status, missing items, basic warnings, and buyer messages. A Full Review adds closer review of submitted details and uploaded documents before stronger LandProof labels are used.

Does Full Review mean the property is safe to buy?

No. Full Review does not guarantee ownership, title validity, legal transfer, road access, utilities, boundaries, buyer safety, or sale outcome.

Is LandProof a broker?

No. LandProof is not a broker, lawyer, escrow service, title company, surveyor, or government office.

Does payment guarantee publication or a positive review?

No. Payment would cover selected platform services. It would not guarantee publication, buyer interest, a sale, legal transfer, or a higher review status.
