Brokers, agents, and companies must provide accurate identity, authority, license, company, and project information.

Required responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity, PRC license or accreditation if claiming broker or agent status, broker of record where applicable, company details, owner authorization or authority to sell, and DHSUD License to Sell for subdivision, condominium, or developer inventory where applicable.
No misrepresentation
- Do not misrepresent ownership, seller authority, title status, documents, license status, company role, project approval, or authority to market a property.
Platform fees are not commission
LandProof platform fees are not real estate commission and do not make LandProof a broker, agent, negotiator, or seller.
Review and suspension
LandProof may request verification, hide listings, remove profiles, suspend accounts, or reject listings when information is incomplete, false, disputed, or unsafe.
