What payment does not guarantee
- Publication, property approval, positive review status, title validity, legal outcome, buyer interest, sale, lawyer response, ownership, road access, water, power, transfer, or buyer safety.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If LandProof has not started review or publishing work, a refund may be requested within 7 days. Once a listing is published, reviewed, or significant work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
Duplicate or mistaken payments may be reviewed. LandProof may refuse refunds for fraud, abuse, false information, or policy violations.
