Status language
- Uploaded, Being reviewed, Accepted, Not accepted, Please upload a better copy, and Expired are platform document-status labels. Accepted means accepted into the file for review; it does not mean legally valid.
Storage and access
Property documents are stored in private storage. Access is limited to the submitting user, LandProof admins or reviewers, and approved sharing paths such as lawyer document sharing when enabled.
Prohibited uploads
- Fake, altered, stolen, unauthorized, illegal, misleading, or unrelated sensitive third-party documents must not be uploaded.
